Refunds or Cancellation Policy :
All sales made on our website are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any exchanges or returns unless the product received is damaged or defective.
We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order, however, we do not offer cancellation or modification of orders once they have been placed and confirmed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before submitting it to us.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with the proof of video recording while opening the parcel. We will review your request and may request further information such as photos or videos to verify the issue. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement in case If the same item is not available in your desired size, we will refund or provide you a store credit at our discretion.
Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item – Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for exchange.
✅ Same Condition – The item should be in the same condition as received.
✅ Unworn & Unused – Must be unworn or unused, with original tags.
✅ Original Packaging – The product should be in its original packaging.
✅ Proof of Purchase – A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✅ Unboxing Video – A 360-degree opening video of the package is mandatory as proof.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

A 360-degree opening video of the package must be provided as proof to process any damage claims.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Size Exchanges
If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to contact us within 24 Hours from the date of delivery
And Similarly If The customer has any issues regarding the Quality of the Fabric The Same Procedure has to be followed.. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs 250. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pincodes. In this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock
